2025 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during his junior cross country season at USC Upstate…opened the season at the Eye Opener, completing the 8K course in 26:48.9 and finishing 57th overall…posted a time of 26:31.4 at the Queen City Invite…lowered his career-best 8K time to 26:03.5 at the Louisville Classic…finished 67th at the Upstate Invite with a time of 26:22.1…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 41st overall with a time of 26:49.8…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, setting a career-best 10K time of 34:15.7 and finishing 199th overall…continued competing during the 2025-26 track and field season…posted an indoor personal-best 3000m time of 8:57.46 at the Tryon Mid-Winter Invitational…recorded a career-best 5000m time of 15:45.03 at the Winter Relays, finishing sixth overall.
2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in seven meets during his sophomore cross country season…opened the year at the Covered Bridge Open, posting a collegiate-best 6K time of 20:24.3…ran 27:03.4 at the Eye Opener and 27:24.2 at the Converse Kick-Off…posted a 26:58.3 at the Louisville Classic before running 27:04.9 at the Upstate Invite…finished 40th at the Big South Cross Country Championship with a then-career-best 8K time of 26:37.0…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 10K course in 35:05.0 and finishing 207th overall…continued competing in the distance events during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…finished eighth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 10:17.90.
2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during his first collegiate cross country season…made his USC Upstate debut at the Eye Opener, completing the 8K course in 28:17.7…lowered his time to 28:11.7 at the Covered Bridge Open…posted a 28:21.4 at the Live in Lou XC Classic and a 28:36.4 at the Upstate Invitational…recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:44.4 at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 51st overall…continued into the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons as a member of the Spartans' distance group.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Bartram Trail High School (Fla.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Bears…developed as a distance runner in one of Florida's competitive high school programs before continuing his cross country and track and field career at USC Upstate.
