2025 (JUNIOR): Competed in six meets during his junior cross country season…opened the season with an 8K time of 28:02.1 at the Eye Opener…recorded a collegiate-best 8K time of 25:53.0 at the Queen City Invite…posted a time of 26:13.9 at the Louisville Classic…finished the Upstate Invite in 26:13.5…placed 38th at the Big South Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:40.6…represented USC Upstate at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 10K course in 36:49.4 and finishing 234th…continued competing for the Spartans during the 2026 indoor track and field season…won the 5000m at the Tryon Winter Classic with a collegiate-best time of 15:28.52, ranking eighth all-time in program history…posted additional collegiate indoor bests of 4:31.80 in the mile and 8:50.05 in the 3000m.
2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed during his second cross country season with the Spartans…opened the season with a collegiate-best 6K time of 21:39.6 at the Covered Bridge Open…posted an 8K time of 27:21.3 at the Louisville Classic…lowered his season-best 8K time to 27:19.9 at the Upstate Invite…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 69th with a time of 29:14.7…continued competing during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…posted an outdoor 5000m time of 15:51.26 at the Charlotte 49er Classic and a collegiate-best 1500m time of 4:28.73 at the VertKlasse Meeting.
2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during his first collegiate cross country season…made his collegiate debut at the Eye Opener, completing the 8K course in 27:52.0…posted a time of 28:16.1 at the Covered Bridge Open…finished the Live in Lou XC Classic in 28:43.5…ran 28:06.7 at the Upstate Invitational…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended West Forsyth High School (N.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Titans before continuing his distance running career at USC Upstate.
