2014-15 Indoor: Competed in two events while participating in the 55-meter dash, 60-meter dash and 200-meter dash…Posted two finishes of third or better at the App State Indoor Open…Qualified for the finals of the 55-meter dash after placing fifth in the preliminaries, and would finish third in the finals with a time of 7.39…Added a season-best finish of second in the 200-meter dash after crossing the finish line in 26.84…Contributed a 14th place finish in the 200-meter dash after compiling a time of 26.38 at the A-Sun Championships…Teamed with Adia Simpkins, Destinie Sykes and Kennedy Holton to finish second in the 4x400-meter relay at the App State Indoor Open.
2014 Outdoor: Won the 100-meter dash at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 13.11, marking one of four top-five finishes on the season…Recorded two third place performances at the Carolina’s Cup in the 100- and 200-meter dashes…Qualified for the finals of the 100-meter dash at the A-Sun Championships, and would finish in fifth place following a time of 12.09…Finished eighth or better three times in the long jump with a best showing of tied for sixth at the Aggie Last Chance after a leap of 5.32-meters.
2013-14 Indoor: Earned First Team All-Conference honors with Heaven Briggs, Essence Jackson and Ashley Edmond in the 4x400-meter relay, becoming the first combination at Upstate to receive the accolade…Was named A-Sun Track Performer of the Week on Dec. 11 after picking up three 3rd place finishes at the season-opening Appalachian Invitational…Recorded three 1st place finishes in the 60-meter dash (UNCG Spartans Team Challenge), 55-meter dash preliminaries (Mountaineer Open) and 200-meter dash (Mountaineer Open)…Finished the season with 11 top-5 finishes and one top-10 performance…Recorded two season-best performances at the Niswonger Invitational in the long jump (5.58-meters) and 60-meter dash (7.54)…Posted season-best performances in the 55-meter dash (7.08) and 200-meter dash (25.55) at the Mountaineer Open…Ranked 3rd in the A-Sun for the 60-meter dash and tied for 8th in the long jump…Teamed up with Ashley Edmond, Heaven Briggs and KeAndrea Ladson at the UNCG Spartans Team Challenge to finish 2nd in the 4x400-meter relay...Currently holds the school record in the 55-meter dash.
2013 Outdoor: Had seven top-5 and top-10 finishes on the season…Picked up her second career first-place finish in the long jump after recording a leap of 5.21-meters at the Catamount Classic…Also turned in a 2nd place finish in the long jump (5.15-meters) at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational…Posted two finishes fourth or better in the 100-meter dash with a 3rd place performance (12.17) at the Catamount Classic…Turned in a 4th place finish in the 200-meter dash (24.74) at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational...Posted season-best marks at the A-Sun Championships in the long jump (5.82-meters), 100-meter dash (11.82) and 200-meter dash (24.32)…Ran to five top-5 finishes, including a 1st place finish at Catamount Classic and Charlotte Invitational, in the 4x100-meter relay along with Semaj Tolliver, Heaven Briggs and Brenicke Johnson.
2012-13 Indoor: Finished the season with six top-10 finishes including one first-place performance…Captured first-place honors in the long jump seeded (5.77-meters) at the Niswonger Invitational…Added a second-place finish in the 60-meter dash with a personal-best time (7.54), tied for fourth-best all-time in the conference, at the A-Sun Championships to earn Second Team All-Conference honors…Also finished in the top 10 at the A-Sun Championships in the long jump (8th) and 200-meter dash (9th)…Posted a fifth-place finish in the long jump (5.35-meters) at the Orange & Purple Winter Classic…Named Atlantic Sun Track Athlete of the Week on Dec. 5 and Atlantic Sun Field Athlete of the Week on Jan. 23.
High School: Member of the Spalding County High School track & field team in Griffin, Ga…Earned first place in the 100-meter dash, second-place in the 200-meter, second in the long jump, third in the 4x100-meter relay and third in the 4x400-meter relay at the Georgia High School 3A Regionals…Qualified for the Georgia Girls State Championship in the 4x100-meter relay and the 4x400-meter relay and placing third in the 100-meter, third in the 200-meter and third in the long jump…Holds Spalding High record in the long jump, 100-meter, 200-meter, 4x400-meter relay and 4x100-meter relay…High School Hall of Fame Member.
