2014 Outdoor:  Competed in two meets…Had a best finish of 13^th in the 10,000-meter during the CCU Invitational after a time of 34:11.60…Posted a best time in the 5000-meter run of 16:29.90 at the 49er Classic.

2013-14 Indoor:  Recorded two top-15 finishes in the 3000-meter run and 5000-meter run…Placed 6^th in the 3000-meter run (9:49.72) and the Mountaineer Open…Had a best finish in the 5000-meter run of 14^th at the Niswonger Invitational with a time of 16:39.00.

2013 Outdoor:  Competed in five events…Earned two top-10 finishes in the 5000-meter run…Placed sixth in the 5000-meter run (17:30.27) at the Charlotte Invitational…Was 10^th in the 5000-meter run section D (16:08.84) of the Duke Invitational…Had a top time in the 1500-meter run of 4:26.45 at the Catamount Classic, and 33:21.29 in the 10000-meter run at the Raleigh Relays.

2012-13 Indoor:  Was named to the Atlantic Sun Academic All-Conference Team…Ran in two meets…Compiled a best finish of 22^nd in the 5000-meter run at the A-Sun Championships with a time of 16:30.94.

2012 Outdoor:  Recorded a time of 33:23.94 in the 10,000-meter April 6 at the Duke Invitational…Crossed the line in 16:10.05 in the 5,000-meter March 16 at UNC Charlotte’s 49er Classic.

2012 Indoor:  Posted a time of 4:39.72 in the one mile run Dec. 3, 2011 at Clemson’s Orange and Purple Winter Classic…Crossed the 3,000-meter finish line in 9:11.28 Feb. 17 at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships, helping the Spartans to a third-place team finish…Recorded a time of 16:23.56 in the 5,000-meter Jan. 28 at ETSU’s Niswonger Invitational.

High School:  Lettered in cross country and track at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Fla…A four-time All-Big Bend Region selection in both cross country and track…Named Runner of the Year in 2010…Finished fourth in the Florida 3-A State Cross Country Meet…A state champion team member from 2007-2009…Recorded a personal-best times of 15:36 in the 5K, 9:24 in the 3,200-meter and 4:28 in the 1,600-meter.
