2025 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six meets during her first collegiate cross country season at USC Upstate…made her collegiate debut at the Eye Opener, completing the 5K course in 20:50.2 and finishing 64th overall…lowered her time to 20:13.0 at the Queen City Invite…posted a time of 19:51.1 at the Louisville Classic…recorded a collegiate-best 5K time of 19:28.6 at the Upstate Invite, finishing 80th overall…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 54th with a time of 19:54.9…concluded her freshman season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 6K course in a collegiate-best 23:40.3 and finishing 222nd overall…continued competing for USC Upstate during the 2025-26 indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…helped set the USC Upstate indoor school record in the 4x800m relay with a time of 9:45.70…posted indoor personal-best marks of 2:26.63 in the 800m, 3:18.92 in the 1000m, 5:36.88 in the mile and 11:30.21 in the 3000m.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended James Island Charter High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Trojans…established herself as one of the top distance runners in South Carolina during her prep career…qualified for the South Carolina state cross country championships…selected to the 2024 Shrine Bowl Run Team, earning one of 20 spots awarded to the top senior boys and girls runners from the South Carolina state championship meets…competed in both middle-distance and distance events on the track before continuing her career at USC Upstate.
