2025 (FRESHMAN – GARDNER-WEBB): Competed in five meets during her first collegiate cross country season at Gardner-Webb…made her collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open, completing the 5K course in 21:08.9 and finishing 60th overall…competed in the four-mile race at the Furman XC Invitational, posting a time of 26:25.9…finished 16th overall at the Brevard XC Classic with a 5K time of 19:50.0…recorded a collegiate-best 5K time of 19:40.9 at the Upstate Invite…represented Gardner-Webb at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 59th overall with a time of 20:08.8…transferred to USC Upstate following the cross country season and joined the Spartans for the 2025-26 track and field season…posted indoor personal bests of 5:25.21 in the mile and 10:36.57 in the 3000m…won the 3000m at the Tryon Mid-Winter Invitational with a time of 10:41.83…helped the Spartans win the 4x800m at the same meet in a then-school-record time of 9:45.70…finished 10th in the 3000m at the Big South Indoor Track and Field Championships with a personal-best 10:36.57 and helped Upstate finish fifth in the distance medley relay…continued her strong freshman campaign outdoors, posting personal-best marks of 4:55.18 in the 1500m, 10:30.53 in the 3000m and 18:00.43 in the 5000m…ran 18:00.43 to finish third in the 5000m at the Electric City Invitational, earning Big South Women’s Outdoor Track Freshman of the Week honors…her 18:00.43 ranked eighth in USC Upstate program history at the time of the performance.
PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Attended Blacksburg High School (Va.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Bruins…posted a high school personal-best 5K cross country time of 18:39.47…recorded prep personal bests of 2:28.03 in the outdoor 800m, 5:35.11 in the outdoor 1600m, 3:15.85 in the indoor 1000m and 5:17.67 in the indoor 1600m…graduated from Blacksburg in 2025 before beginning her collegiate career at Gardner-Webb.
