2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in seven meets during her sophomore cross country season…opened the season with a 22:18.5 at the Covered Bridge Open…lowered her 5K time to 21:43.5 at the Eye Opener…made her collegiate 6K debut at the Converse Kick-Off, posting a time of 27:41.6…ran 21:29.4 at the Louisville Classic…recorded a collegiate-best 5K time of 20:33.3 at the Upstate Invite…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 67th overall with a time of 20:36.9…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, setting a collegiate-best 6K time of 26:40.1 and finishing 243rd overall…continued competing during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…posted a collegiate-best 3000m time of 11:55.43 during the 2025 indoor season…recorded a career-best outdoor 5000m time of 20:58.98 at the Asheville Bulldog Invitational.
2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during her first collegiate cross country season…made her USC Upstate debut at the Eye Opener, completing the 5K course in 22:13.2…lowered her time to 22:04.8 at the Covered Bridge Open…posted a 21:52.6 at the Live in Lou XC Classic…continued her progression with a 21:45.8 at the Upstate Invitational…recorded a season-best 5K time of 21:39.4 at the Big South Cross Country Championship…continued into her first collegiate indoor track and field season, competing in the 800m and mile…posted personal-best marks of 2:46.36 in the 800m and 5:57.62 in the mile.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Boiling Springs High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Bulldogs…was a consistent contributor to the Boiling Springs distance program…finished among the top 20 at the Spartanburg County Cross Country Championships during her prep career…competed throughout South Carolina before remaining in Spartanburg County to continue her cross country and track and field career at USC Upstate.
