2025 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in all six meets during her sophomore cross country season at USC Upstate…opened the season at the Eye Opener, completing the 5K course in 21:11.3 and finishing 71st overall…lowered her time to 20:44 at the Queen City Invite, finishing 148th…posted a 20:41 at the Louisville Classic…ran 20:53.5 at the Upstate Invite, finishing 142nd…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 69th overall with a time of 21:29.8…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, setting a career-best 6K time of 25:43 and finishing 254th overall…continued competing for USC Upstate during the 2025-26 indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…posted a 5000m time of 19:29.30 at the Charlotte 49er Classic…ran 20:10.37 in the 5000m at the Electric City Invitational…finished 30th in the 5000m at the Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 20:17.92.
2024 (FRESHMAN): Competed throughout her first collegiate cross country season…made her USC Upstate debut at the Covered Bridge Open, completing the 5K course in 21:47.6…posted a 21:04.1 at the Eye Opener…continued lowering her times throughout the season before recording a 20:38.4 at the Upstate Invite…turned in her best 5K performance of the season at the Big South Cross Country Championship, running a career-best 20:30.6 and finishing 66th overall…concluded her freshman cross country campaign at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 6K course in 26:33.5 and finishing 242nd overall…continued competing for the Spartans during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Dublin Coffman High School (Ohio)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Shamrocks…developed as a distance runner in one of Ohio’s established high school programs…signed with USC Upstate as part of the 2024 recruiting class to continue her cross country and track and field career at the NCAA Division I level.
