2013-14 Indoor: Ran in the 800-meter run in three events and finished 6th or better in each of them…Opened the season with a 2nd place finish at the Appalachian Invitational with a season-best time of 1:55.43…Added a 5th place finish at the A-Sun Championships and was 6th at the Niswonger Invitational…Finished the season 6th in the A-Sun for the 800-meter run…Was a member of the distance medley team with Damian Grady, Ethan Dopp and Theodore Kountourogiannis that placed 2nd at the UNCG Spartans Team Challenge…Also finished 2nd in the 4x400-meter relay at the UNCG Spartans Team Challenge with Cameron Pratt, Kyle Jones and Jonathan Jackson.
2013 Outdoor: Received two All-Conference honors in the 800-meter run and 4x400-meter relay…Was named Second Team All-Conference after finishing second in the 800-meter run at the A-Sun Championships…His 800-meter time of 1:50.98 ranks fourth all-time in A-Sun Outdoor Championship history…Teamed with Tracy Fisher, Cameron Thomas and Carlton White to earn Third Team All-Conference accolades after their third place finish in the 800-meter run at the A-Sun Championships…Recorded six top-five finishes on the season…Posted a best finish in the 400-meter dash of 4th (49.19) at the Charlotte Invitational.
2012-13 Indoor: Earned Atlantic Sun Third Team All-Conference accolades in the distance medley relay along with Cameron Thomas, Michael Johnson and Joey Daversa…Had five top-5 finishes on the season as he competed in five meets…Began the year with a first-place finish in the 500-meter dash at the Orange & Purple Winter Classic…Added third place finishes in the 800-meter run invitational at the Tiger Paw Invitational and in section 9 of the 200-meter dash at the Hilton Garden Invitational…Placed fourth in the 800-meter run during the A-Sun Championships…Posted a fifth place finish in the 800-meter run at the Niswonger Invitational…Was part of five 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay teams that finished inside the top five of their respective events…Named Atlantic Sun Track Athlete of the Week on Dec. 5.
2012 Outdoor: Posted two individual school best marks and helped with one team relay record…Earned Atlantic Sun All-Conference Third Team honors in the 400-meter with an Upstate record time of 47.96 at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships April 21…Set a school record in the 800-meter at the Clemson Tiger Qualifier May 11 with a time of 1:51.39…Teamed with Evan Woodruff, Joey Daversa and Davey Dennison to claim a program record in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:41.34 at the Duke Invitational April 7…Crossed the 200-meter finish line, in 22.43 March 16 at UNC Charlotte’s 49er Classic…Joined Michael Johnson, Cameron Thomas and Evan Woodruff in the 4x400-meter relay to register a time of 3:16.67 March 31 at the Winthrop Invitational...Named A-Sun Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on May 16.
2011-12 Indoor: Set five individual Upstate records and two in team relay events…Posted a school record in the 200-meter with a time of 22.48 at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships Feb. 18…Earned Atlantic Sun Second Team All-Conference honors in the 400-meter and the distance medley relay alongside Cameron Thomas, Davey Dennison and Michael Johnson, setting a program record in the event with a time of 10:06.88…His time of 48.97 in 400-meter dash ranks eighth all-time at the A-Sun Championships…Helped the Spartans to a third-place finish in the team standings at the A-Sun Indoor Championships…Teamed with Evan Woodruff, Cameron Thomas and Michael Johnson at the A-Sun meet to set a school record in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:20.04…Turned in program-best marks at the Niswonger Invitational Jan. 8 in both the 400-meter and 800-meter with times of 48.88 and 1:54.61, respectively…Registered an Upstate record in the 500-meter Dec. 3, 2011 at Clemson’s Orange and Purple Winter Classic with a time of 1:05.08…Crossed the 300-meter finish line with a school record time of 35.68 Feb. 11 at Clemson’s Tiger Paw Invitational.
2011 Outdoor: Received Second Team All-Conference honors in the 4x400-meter relay...Teamed with Cameron Thomas, Michael Johnson and Michael Meissner to top the Upstate record books with a time of 3:15.57 in the 4X400-meter relay April 16 at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships in Jacksonville, Fla., helping the men to a fifth-place finish…Set another school record with Thomas, Davey Dennison and Michael Johnson in the 4x800-meter, registering a time of 7:43.38 at the Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C. March 19…Crossed the line in 22.36 in the 200-meter April 9…Registered a time of 48.53 in the 400-meter April 16 at the A-Sun Championships…Recorded an 800-meter sprint in 1:56.13 March 26 at the Beynon Sports Surfaces Catamount Classic in Cullowhee, N.C.
2010-11 Indoor: Was named Atlantic Sun Second Team All-Conference in the 4x400-meter relay…Set two individual Upstate records, posting a time of 1:05.20 in the 500-meter Feb. 11 at the Tiger Paw Invite at Clemson and a time of 1:56.59 in the 800-meter Feb. 5 at the Niswonger Invite at ETSU…Topped the school record books in the 4X400-meter relay with Cameron Thomas, Michael Johnson and Michael Meissner, recording a time of 3:20.12 at the Tiger Paw Invite Feb. 12…Registered a time of 50.51 in the 400-meter Feb. 19 at the A-Sun Indoor Championships in Johnson City, Tenn., helping the Spartans to a fourth-place finish.
High School: A five time South Carolina state champion and state record holder…Picked up his state championship performances in the 800m (2009, 2010), 4x800m (2009, 2010) and 4x400m (2010) ...
