2011 XC: Helped the men’s team win the 2011 Atlantic Sun Championship, the program’s first team title … Upstate’s fourth finisher at the A-Sun meet, crossing the line in 25:57.73 for a 17th-place finish … The 25:57.73 mark is a personal-best and ranks seventh all-time at Upstate … Posted a 10k time of 32:58.5 to claim the 119th-place at the Southeast Regionals, helping the Spartans to a 22nd place team finish … Ranks second in the Upstate records books in the 10k.
2011 Outdoor: Topped the Upstate record books with Michael Johnson, Matt Johnson and Michael Meissner in the 4x400-meter with a time of 3:15.57 set April 16 at the Atlantic Sun Outdoor Championships in Jacksonville, Fla., helping the Spartans to a fifth-place finish … Teamed with Davey Dennison, Michael Johnson and Matt Johnson to post the best time in school history in the 4x800-meter, crossing the line in 7:43.38 March 19 at the Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C. … Recorded a personal-best of 1:54.20 in the 800-meter at the Tiger Track Classic in Auburn. Ala., April 2 … Registered a time of 4:07.78 in the 1,500-meter March 19 at the Shamrock Invitational.

2010 Indoor: Secured himself as Upstate’s top performer for the indoor season on 2/6 with his 1:57.51 800m … Also competed in the 400m with a 52.90 (2/12), the mile with a 4:33.18 (2/6), and the 3000m event with a 9:13.64 (1/23).
2010 Outdoor: Competed in four events for the Spartans … Was the top performer in the 800m event with a 1:55.08 on 4/24 … Secured himself as the number two runner in each of the 400m (53.63 on 4/10), 1500m (4:05.31 on 4/2) and 3K steeplechase (10:20.55 on 3/27).
2009 XC: Set a personal-best time of 26:43.20 at the Charlotte Invitational (10/2) ... Highest finish came at the USC Upstate Invitational (10/17), when he finished 12th ... Finished 33rd at the A-Sun Championships (10/31) as the Spartans tied for third overall.
