2011 XC: Turned in season best 5K time of 20:14.60 to be the fifth Upstate finisher at the A-Sun Championships Oct. 29, helping the Spartans to a fourth-place team finish and tallying the best score in program history with 91 points … Registered a 6K time of 24:27.1 at the NCAA Southeast Regional, helping Upstate finish 17th of 35 teams in the Regional Championship.
2011 Outdoor: Recorded a career-best time of 5:19.48 in the 1,500-meter at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic March 26 … Posted a time of 2:39.68 in the 800-meter at the Beynon Sports Surfaces Catamount Classic in Cullowhee, N.C., March 26 … Registered a time of 12:15.60 in the 3k steeplechase March 18 at the at the Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
2011 Indoor: Posted a career-best time of 11:19.13 in the 3,000-meter at the Niswonger Invitational in Johnson City, Tenn., Feb. 5 … Recorded another personal-best Feb. 19 at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championship in Johnson City, Tenn., with a time of 19:26.15 in the 5,000-meter.
