2012 Outdoor: Recorded a program best time of 3:55.02 in the 1,500-meter April 21 at the Atlantic Sun Outdoor Championships … Teamed with Evan Woodruff, Joey Daversa and Matt Johnson to set a school record in the 4x800-meter relay April 7 at the Duke Invitational with a time of 7:41.34 … Posted a time of 14:59.63 in the 5,000-meter March 16 at UNC Charlotte’s 49er Classic.
2012 Indoor: Registered a school record in the one mile run with a time of 4:13.80 Feb. 18 at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships, helping the Spartans to a third-place team finish … Teamed with Cameron Thomas, Matt Johnson and Michael Johnson to set an Upstate record in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:06.88 Feb. 17 at the A-Sun Indoor Championships … Crossed the 5,000-meter finish line in 15:08.16 Jan. 28 at ETSU’s Niswonger Invitational … Posted a time of 2:01.74 in the 800-meter also at the Niswonger Invite.
2011 XC: Earned Atlantic Sun All-Conference First Team honors with a sixth-place finish at the A-Sun Championship, crossing the line in 25:18.35 … Helped the Spartans win the 2011 Atlantic Sun Championship, the program’s first team title … Upstate’s second finisher at the A-Sun meet … Posted a 10k time of 34:15.4 at the Southeast Regionals, helping the Spartans to a 22nd place team finish.
2011 Outdoor: Set a school record in the 5000-meter March 12 at CCU Invite with a time of 15:30.61 … Partnered with Cameron Thomas, Michael Johnson and Matthew Johnson in the 4x800-meter to post the best time in school history with a 7:43.38 mark March 19 at the Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C. … Registered a time of 4:05.92 in the 1500-meter March 26 at the Beynon Sports Surfaces Catamount Classic in Cullowhee, N.C.
2011 Indoor: Recorded a time of 4:32.31 in the mile Feb. 19 at the A-Sun Championships in Johnson, City, Tenn., helping the Spartans to a fourth-place finish ... Posted a time of 9:13.71 in the 3000-meter Jan. 29 at JRF Combined Events Invitational in Clemson, S.C.
2010 XC: Ranks second in school history with a time of 25:12.87 at the A-Sun Championship Oct. 30, finishing in eighth-place … Named to the All-Conference Second Team … Recorded a time of 25:28.06 at the Louisville Classic Oct. 2 for the 132nd spot … Claimed fifth at the Eye Opener Sept. 5, crossing the line in 25:49 … Took 11th at the Upstate Invitational Oct. 16 with a time of 26:11.15 … Posted a time of 27:57.49 at the Clemson meet Sept. 17, snagging the 44th slot.
2010 Indoor: Posted times of 1:59.83 in the 800m (2/12), 4:22.67 in the mile (12/6) and 16:12.92 in the 5000m (1/23) … Dennison was also a member of the 10:37.00 distance medley team while also posting 3:29.46 and 3:33.70 as a part of the 1600m relay.
2010 Outdoor: Registered a 3:57.55 1500m (4/2) and 8:52.80 3000m to finish as Upstate’s top runner in both events … Ran the 800m event with a 1:56.39 finish on 4/24 … Also picked of times of 3:24.73 and 3:27.05 as a member of the 1600m relay.
2009 XC: Strong performer for the Spartans ... Recorded best time, 26:13.20, at Charlotte Invitational (10/17) en route to a 33rd-place finish ... The third Spartan to cross the finish line as he finished 16th at the A-Sun Championships (10/31) ... Best finish of the season came at the USC Upstate Invitational (10/17), when he finished seventh ... Posted a 15th-place finish at the Eye Opener (9/5).
Before USC Upstate: A three-year letterman in cross country at Carlisle ... Placed second in the 3200 meters and seventh in the 1600 meters as a senior at the Mid-Penn Championships ...
